Our first cardholder security tip is: ‘Protect your PIN by standing close to the ATM and shielding the key pad with your other hand’
When you use your card at an ATM or at any payment terminal it is your responsibility to shield your PIN. This can sometimes be challenging as the video below shows:
“At the checkout in the Supermarket…….my PIN remains secret!”
